Standard Delivery

In most cases, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that actual delivery times depend on your location and the freight company’s schedule. For a shipping quote tailored to your specific requirements, please contact us directly at admin@saltydogadventuregear.com.

Local Pickup

For those in the area, local pickup is a hassle-free alternative. Orders can be collected from our storage facility located in Burleigh Heads. Simply select “Local Pickup” during checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection by appointment.

Rooftop Tent & Awning Delivery

Due to their size and weight, our rooftop tents and awnings require special handling:

- Residential Restriction: These items are not delivered to residential addresses. They are shipped to your nearest approved depot.

- Alternative Solutions: If a depot isn’t conveniently located near you, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

- Commercial Delivery Option: If you have access to a business address with forklift facilities, please email us at admin@saltydogadventuregear.com so we can arrange delivery to that location.

Pre-Order Policy

When you pre-order from Salty Dog Adventure Gear, you’re reserving a product before it is released or back in stock. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available. We provide estimated shipping dates on the product page, though these dates may change.
